Dr. Thomas Gauthier Dr. Tom was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. He received his education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He moved his family to Oregon in 1980 and has lived here since. His Son, Daughter-in-Law, and Grandson live in Portland. Dr. Tom’s hobbies include photography and Italian cooking.
